Come and enjoy a Sunday afternoon filled with the sounds of patriotic music from the chorus and the LHS Men’s Ensemble as we honor Veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces.  And, when you do, you will be contributing to the Wounded Warrior Project® whose motto is “The greatest casualty is being
forgotten®”, and whose mission is “To honor and empower Wounded Warriors.”
The Lancaster Community Chorus is an auditioned community vocal ensemble of approximately 70 singers located in Lancaster, Ohio.  Director: Clarence McCoy, Assistant Director: Cathy Schmidt, Accompanists for this concert: Sandy McCoy & Lois McDonald.
The LHS Men’s Ensemble, directed by Sandy & Clarence McCoy, is one of six choirs at Lancaster High School, and is composed of approximately 60 singers who will sing two songs on their own and will also join with the men of the community chorus to present two powerful songs with a patriotic veteran’s focus.
The Lancaster Community Chorus will sing many patriotic favorites, present a mini-USO show, and will recognize veterans while singing the anthem for each of the branches of the U.S. Armed Forces.
